Unilever Lipton Talent Hunt
Lipton Talent Hunt (LTH) is a unique approach to developing talent by providing students with the opportunity to work with one of the biggest brands at Unilever. It gives the students a chance to experience brand management, sales & finance as career options. Students of the top universities compete against each other to showcase their managerial and social networking skills and carry out a certain set of activities related to the brand image, within their campus during the course of 5 weeks.
The challenge this year is to generate ideas for a digital platform that will enable Lipton to bring about a positive change in the society. This will be complimented by a 360 degree campaign that generates content and highlight’s Lipton’s brand purpose.
Winners of Lipton Talent Hunt will skip the first three stages in the Unilever Future Leaders Program and enter directly into the Assessment Center. They will also be sent on an international trip to compete in a global inter-university competition.
